Resurrected minions are brought back in their original state (unless the card effect specifies otherwise), thus a minion with Deathrattle silenced is still a Deathrattle minion; this is not a bug.

Felipd, did you summon a minion that grants Dark Gift, or one that has Dark Gift? From what we see, the quest should be working correctly in Ranked Wild.
